• We will work with you at no cost or obligation to determine if your project is suitable for solar and to determine what your monthly out-of-pocket costs, if any, would be.
  
  

• We are experts in all phases of the LIHTC application and amendment process. We totally understand the impact that adding solar electricity has on every document in the LIHTC and USDA packages, and its impact on your operational plan. All that is required of you is your cooperation in submitting a few document changes to the allocation agency. And most important, none of our work should interfere with your in-service date.
   

• Customers enjoy clean solar generated electricity for the next 25+ years.
  
  

• We provide total funding. There are no out-of-pocket capital costs for the project owner.
  
  

• Our solar partners work with you to design the system. This includes attention to aesthetics, system size, roof space and load, installation permits, and code compliance.
  
  

• Our solar partners install the system and, at your option, can maintain it for you.
  
  

• PPA and Leasing Offers limited to qualified LIHTC Affordable Housing Projects in Arizona, California (PG&E, SCE, or SDG&E customers only), Colorado, Delaware, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Oregon.
   

• PPA and Leasing Offers not available for LADWP customers but financing for purchase by building owner is available.
