Construction Supervisor / Manager LA County, California

&

Honolulu, Hawaii
Responsible for managing solar installation department, which builds solar support platforms, installs and wires PV modules to property and grid.

Purpose:   To build and manage a high performing team of 30+ tradespersons to install commercial sized solar systems on light gauge steel car port structures.

Qualifications:   Minimum Requirements

1.   Construction or electrical/mechanical engineering degree and at least 2 years of college is preferred.

2.   Minimum seven years experience with construction and documentation in the industry and at least 4 years of solar installation experience on commercial projects preferred.

3.   Should have solar installation certifications or b1 or c10 or c46 license.

4.   Experience with framing and construction of light gauge steel structures: car ports, retail stores, schools, armadas, etc.

5.   Experience with hiring and motivating construction tradespersons.

6.   Experience in scheduling crews and controlling cost.

Electrician Supervisors Louisiana Supervise solar commissioning crews: connecting PV modules to inverters, local distribution panels and to the grid.
Solar / Electrical Design Supervisor / Manager LA County, California

Purpose:     To design and produce construction documents, permits, materiel and logistic schedule for light gauge steel structures used to support commercial size solar systems.

Qualifications:   Minimum

1.   Candidate must have 5 years as a director/Manager of a structural, construction or solar design group preferably of 10+ persons; and designing light gauge steel structures such as Carports, Ramadas or similar steel building podiums.

2.   Candidates must have college level education and practical foundation in structural or construction or mechanical or civil, and electrical or solar engineering and design. Three years or more of large size commercial solar systems preferred.

3.   Must have NEC and local building and utility code expertise to expedite permitting.

4.   Candidate needs advanced knowledge of solar system sizing, site analysis, hardware specification, building codes, and component selection of grid-tie systems.

5.   Candidate must be expert in AutoCAD 2009, Bill of Materiel concepts and applications, and Microsoft office products including MS Project.

 
Solar / Electrical Designers LA County, California Develop construction drawings for installation of commercial solar systems.

Head - Solar Installation Division - Hawaii

Lite Solar, the well-funded subsidiary of International Finance, a long time Orange County / Los Angeles County, CA real estate development/energy company is looking for an experienced solar installation executive to run its commercial solar system integration division in Hawaii. The position reports to the CEO and will assist in the development and implementation of a plan of action to continue expanding the division.

Duties

  1. Develop systems, process and tools that maintain high performing teams that produce efficient and consistent installation services.
  2. Experienced in identifying, specifying and integrating technology into efficient service delivery.
  3. Proven record of attracting and recruiting high functioning teams.
  4. Able to thrive in a culture of innovation, and high productivity.
  5. Supervise the installation of solar panels and systems for multifamily and commercial projects.
  6. Create installation procedures based on industry practice.
  7. Prepare installation budgets on a project-by-project basis.
  8. Assist in developing and customizing proposals to various clients.
  9. Enhance roofing and electrical industry relationships in the local area.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Construction and electrical engineering degree preferred.
  2. Minimum seven years experience with commercial electrical construction and documentation in the industry; 2 years of solar installation experience on commercial projects preferred.
  3. Must have solar installation certifications or extensive commercial electrical construction.
  4. Previous experience directing a solar division or large department is a plus.

Head - Energy Efficiency Division California LA County, California Lite Solar, the well-funded subsidiary of International Finance, a long time Orange County / Los Angeles County, CA real estate development/energy company is looking for an experienced energy efficiency executive to implement energy efficiency component of its commercial solar system integration division in California. The position reports to the CEO and will assist in the development and implementation of a plan of action to continue expanding the division.

Duties

  1. Develop systems, process and tools that maintain high performing teams that produce efficient and high quality installation services.
  2. Experienced in identifying, specifying and integrating technology into efficient service delivery.

  5. Supervise the installation of energy efficient appliances, hot water heaters, heat pumps, lighting, and building improvements for multifamily and commercial projects.
  6. Create installation procedures based on industry practice.
  7. Prepare installation budgets on a project-by-project basis.
  8. Assist in developing and customizing proposals to various clients.
  9. Enhance plumbing and electrical industry relationships in the local area.
  10. Manage energy audits using RESNET certified Home Energy Rating System auditors.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Construction or engineering degree preferred.
  2. Minimum seven years experience with energy efficiency improvements and energy audits and documentation in the industry; 2 years of energy audit experience on residential projects preferred.
  3. Must have RESNET energy audit certification(s) for completing HERS index audits.
  4. Previous experience directing a division or large department is a plus.
